Every service we perform is backed by our comprehensive warranty program. This is not fine print designed to protect us -- it is a commitment to you that the work we do will meet our published standards.
If something we install fails, peels, bubbles, yellows, or does not perform as promised within the warranty period -- we fix it at no cost to you. Period.
The Fine Print
What Is Covered
Covers peeling, bubbling, cracking, color change, and delamination for the lifetime of the film. Applies to all ceramic tint installations. Does not cover damage from accidents, improper cleaning, or aftermarket modifications.
Covers coating failure, loss of hydrophobic properties, and premature degradation within the stated warranty period. Requires following our recommended maintenance schedule. Annual inspections available at no charge.
Manufacturer's warranty covers yellowing, cracking, peeling, bubbling, and delamination. Self-healing properties warranted for the stated period. Our installation workmanship is warranted separately for the life of the film.
30-day satisfaction guarantee on all detailing services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, bring it back within 30 days and we will address it at no charge.
Warranty Claims
How to File a Claim
Call or submit a form describing the issue. Include photos if possible.
Bring your vehicle in for a free inspection. We will assess the issue and determine warranty coverage.
If covered, we repair or redo the work at no charge. Most claims resolved within 1 business week.
